During Xmas, I had a chance to stay at a hotel in a beautiful village in the mountains. The hotel had good food and a decent breakfast buffet. The vintage charm of the hotel was pretty cosy, and it had a great location for skiing and hiking. the room rates were affordable.
I didn't have a good experience during my stay. The hotel staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.

The location of this hotel is perfect for mountain lovers like me. Surrounded by awe-inspiring mountains, this hotel offers a picturesque view. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet is simple yet delicious, providing me with the necessary energy to start my day. Lastly, the hotel facilities are well maintained and cleanliness is never a problem.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski lift and offers a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the service is unimpressive, as there is often only one staff member for all tasks. Despite the simple but nice breakfast buffet, the restaurant service can be slow and below average.
The outdated décor of the hotel detracts from the overall experience.

Perfect spot for a romantic escape! We had an amazing time exploring the surroundings and the hotel offered everything we needed. the restaurant had a delightful menu and offered a romantic atmosphere. We enjoyed the vintage vibe of the room, which made it feel very cozy and warm. the view from the room was breathtaking, we could see the mountains right from our bed! Location was key for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
We did encounter some issues with communication, as some of the staff members didn't speak our language very well. service at the restaurant was a bit slow, but we didn't mind as we were not in a hurry.
